Along with Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure comes an entire historic transformation to the France Pavilion, including the delicious addition of La Crêperie de Paris, a new table and quick-service dining location. This divine creperie will feature a menu from celebrity chef Jérôme Bocuse, pulling inspiration from the Brittany region of France. While we do not have an opening date for this delectable new addition just yet, we suspect that it will debut around the same time as Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. Who knows, maybe even on the same day! Until then, we will just have to daydream about getting our paws wrapped around some savory galettes and sweet crêpes!

If you read our Top 10 Best Smells of Walt Disney World, you know just how coconuts we are about Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort! A vibrant showplace of tropical décor, this tiki haven is one of Walt Disney World’s 1971 Opening Day flagship resorts. Over the years, the “Poly” has seen its fair share of updates and refurbs. However, this one is more than just a standard update! It has caught a case of Moana-madness, from flooring to furnishings! Most updates have been kept under wraps, however from what we have heard the words “inspired by” are key! We’re likely to see an updated color palette upon the walls, fun throw pillows, more Moana carpeting in the hallways, and perhaps a little concept art strown about.

We’re certain guests will be dazzled and delighted as they enter the new and improved Poly for the very first time. We can already picture Maua waiting in the wings, sporting a big grin from ear to ear and delivering an iconic “you’re welcome” to each new arrival.

Epcot’s World Showcase Lagoon is getting an all-new nighttime spectacular, Harmonious. Disney has gone bold by calling this the most ambitious nighttime show they have ever produced. Wow… talk about doubling down! I mean, have you seen Happily Ever After?!?!

Harmonious will be a tribute to the power of story and song that unite us, leveraging familiar music and visuals from across Disney and artists around the globe. This musical dreamscape of Dis-culture will showcase five moveable six-story floating platforms, intelligent lights, lasers, fountains, pyrotechnics, 25-foot LED walls, and a high-density water curtain. With the power and potential this new show has to tell a story of global connection and celebration, this innovative display promises to be a transformative experience. Based upon everything we have seen and heard thus far, we have no doubt!
